More about
our brand

Hi, I’m Brittany.

Charleston has been home ever since I came here to attend the College of Charleston. These days, my family and I are based on James Island, where a lot of life revolves around the water, good food, and time together. We love to fish, we love to cook, and we believe a sharp knife makes all the difference in the kitchen.

I created Looking Sharp to make it easy for people to have truly sharp knives—without the hassle. Quality knife sharpening should be convenient, reliable, and something you don’t have to think twice about. That’s exactly what Looking Sharp is here to deliver.

Client Reviews

“Brittany, with Looking Sharp, brought three very special knives that I use daily, back to life. I’ve tried for years to sharpen myself using mechanical sharpeners and honestly probably did more damage than good. One had some rust spots and they look brand new and are like razor blades. Thank you, Brittany. What a great service. Will use Brittany again.”

“I’m absolutely impressed with how sharp my set of knives are now. I’ve had my knives for over 15 years; I hate to be wasteful and was considering donating my dull knives for a new set. Thankfully I came across Looking Sharp! Now my knives are like new and are ready to last me another 15 years! I’m so happy that this service exists! Totally worth it! Can cut through a raw sweet potato like butter now! So happy with these results.”

“This was the best service I never knew I needed! Brittany did a fantastic job on my knives. I am not a huge fan of cooking, but when I used my new and improved knife to beautifully slice hard bread, I felt like a super chef. Highly recommend!!”
